房間特別特別小，是頂樓的一個閣樓，我都懷疑自己去到日本酒店了，行李箱都沒地方攤開。 瓶裝水就一瓶沒有更換。 桌子小，電腦都攤不開。 最無語的是換的浴巾居然是臟的，直接被噁心到。

Spacious and comfortable rooms with wonderful staff and amazing service. Located 8 min walk from a main train station near the Zoo and plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very safe and convenient area for exploring Berlin. Would definitely choose this hotel again on a future 訂房網站.

We booked a room for 3 adults. The sifa bed for third person was small . Room is clean and bathroom has two basin. The hotel is about 10 mins walk to the shopping street and there are lots of eateries around the hotel. Receptionist is friendly and helpful on our request. Overall we had a wonderful stay in this hotel.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, the hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The room was wonderfully clean and had really good amenities! The lounge and the outdoor bar were also great!

Really love this hotel. Close to 3 subway and train station also shopping center. Room is clean and comfort. This room is cheapest room type.

房間大小：有點小，一個行李箱攤開衹能放在走道，但是進入廁所就不方便了。 設備：非常完善，應有盡有。 入住時整潔度：一般，有頭髮跟床漬。

Lovely hotel, very clean arrived earlier than check in just to drop our luggage off and the hotel was very kind in letting us check in early. We also needed to print something which they did for us no problem. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Had a lovely terrace area did not opt for breakfast so cannot comment to that. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Good location lots of food options and shopping. Near the zoo and the train station. Would recommend it. :)

地理位置很好，離地鐵站很近，但最近的地鐵站出口沒有電梯，酒店服務態度都很好，入住也辦得很快，前台有免費的檸檬水氣泡水和水果，房間有一點小，但是整體住得很舒服。
