the facilities were poor. our air conditioner was not working and we were given a fan instead, and we could only change our room the next day. our first room was also missing one side of the curtain. we also received faulty hotel key cards and the lift was so old it felt like it could malfunction anytime, when we stepped out of the lift it was slightly higher than the corridor. location of the hotel is connected by a few buses, but it can be quite scary at night.

La atención fue buena en todo momento, pero es cierto que la ubicación a pesar de estar bien conectada por bus, está algo alejada del centro, pero bien. Hay pequeños detalles del hotel que se podrían mejorar o incluso reemplazar. El desayuno buffet estaba bien.
