打分低主要是以下幾個問題： 1️⃣一個咖啡杯沒洗，應該是保潔員沒仔細檢查（因為咖啡杯是扣著放的）。 2️⃣衞生間暖氣片很髒，因為我要在暖氣片上涼衣服，所以自己拿濕巾一格一格的擦，不到8格濕巾就已經黑黑的。 3️⃣洗臉池發黃，是很舊的那種感覺。 4️⃣隔音不是很好，偶爾能聽見隔壁洗澡的水聲。 5️⃣早餐過於簡單，還收17歐。 優點：床很舒服！屋內空間大！酒店位置很好！周圍餐廳、超市都有！

Not worthy of 4 stars. Limited amenities. We stayed for 2 days and they did not clean room. Dingy corridors. The toiletries were terrible. Only gave 1 towel. No facial tissues. The tall paper keeps falling.. no rod to hold it. Everything is weird. The mattress was too soft, you just keep sinking inside. Personal opinion - the decor / paintings in the room are a bit scary.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique, respectueux et chaleureux. Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et confortables. I stayed for one night. I chose this hotel because I wanted to go to Charlottenburg Palace and because it was close to the bus station. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage there before check-in and after check-out. I went to central Berlin several times during my stay, and it wasn't a problem because the train and bus stops were nearby. I had a lot of luggage, so the automatic doors at the entrance to the building were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit again.

오는 교통편은 안 좋았지만(우버 이용-거의 9유로) 침대나 화장실 모두 다 깨끗하고 좋았어요! 재방문 의사 있습니다! The way to go Hotel is not good for Tourist(we used Uber-almost 9Euro) But both - Bedroom and Toilet are so clean and comfortable to rest. If i have an chance, i would like to use this accommodation again.

最難忘的是無處不在的暖心服務：夜床服務不僅擺放了薰衣草香薰眼罩，還手寫天氣提示卡；得知我腸胃不適，客房部連夜送來薑茶和暖水袋；退房時經理主動遞上定製旅行攻略，連周邊小眾拍照機位都標註清晰。離店後仍收到生日祝福短訊——這哪裡是酒店，分明是遠方的家！
