房間有50多平米，是比較新概念的“節能公寓”：內部溫度在設定後會維持不變，燈的模式有白天/夜間/休閑三種；窗簾衹要按鍵就可以自動開關（但是住的最後兩天調整面板按不動了...） 服務員態度很好。清潔人員雖然不説英語但還是很耐心，前台英語流利。 地下1層有2台洗衣機和2台烘乾機，但是需要下載一個app，網上付款。公共空間配備的都是蘋果電腦。 交通很方便。總體來説性價比高。

The serviced apartment is located near the U-Bahn Boddinstr. Station. The automated check-in was a little tedious and the buttons are not easy to press. The apartment unit was nice and clean but there kitchenware was not complete. There was also a missing dispenser for shower gel. Our apartment was not cleaned during our 3-night stay. The instruction for using the laundry was not working and we had to ask the reception.

Amazing apartment! I was worried from the reviews on google maps but the apartment was very good and clean. Everything looked new and recently renovated. Also, the apartment does have an air conditioner which is a bonus because it wasn’t listed in the amenities. They could improve on the bathroom amenities such as shampoo or shower gel (for which they didn’t have). However, it’s an absolute steal for this price in berlin, and will definitely be staying here next time.
