This communication collapse paled in comparison to the terrifying security breach that occurred during my stay: one evening, an individual knocked on my door claiming to be "Hotel Service" in broken English, and before I could properly verify their identity or purpose, this imposter forcibly pushed past me into my room, clearly not a legitimate employee based on their suspicious demeanor and lack of proper uniform, aggressively inspecting my personal space without authorization while muttering incoherently, leaving me no choice but to physically shout and shove them out of the private area I paid for, an invasive and traumatizing incident that exposed the property’s profound negligence in guest safety, with the front desk offering only dismissive, inadequate responses further hampered by the same language incompetence that prevented me from effectively conveying the severity of this violation. Furthermore, the hotel’s dining service posed a direct health risk. after consuming breakfast at their restaurant every morning, I suffered persistent stomach pain and digestive distress, symptoms consistent with food poisoning, strongly suggesting improper food handling, unhygienic preparation, or contaminated ingredients in their buffet, transforming what should have been a pleasant start to the day into recurring physical discomfort that undermined my entire 訂房網站. Never book with 訂房網站e . Com. I went to Germany this summer and booked an hotel with them for 5 days . 20 min after booking I realized it was like 40 min drive from where we were going. I called the hotel to cancel , they said I should cancel through 訂房網站. Com. I called them they said they can’t accept cancellation. I told them they can deduct a day and refund me for the other 4 days they said no. The said no and kept they reservation even though I had informed them that I booked for five days 20 min earlier but cannot make it to the hotel because it was far from where the rest of my family was . They refused to cancel it they said they don’t accept cancellation.

Nice hostel, I stayed in a room to myself. The room didn’t have towels but they were available to lease with a cash-only deposit-along with hair blower. Location was far away from food places and Berlin in general. But if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it. The staff were great and friendly

Хостел находится далеко от центра, но добираться до него просто. Рядом с хостелом есть остановка трамвая. Персонал доброжелательный, хостел просторный чистый. Есть прачечная недорогая. Завтрак довольно скудный. В паре остановок от хостела есть большой магазин Lidl. В принципе, за свои деньги неплохой вариант, из минусов: неудобный матрас и слышимость в комнатах хорошая.

Хостел с претензией на дизайн в неостиле, что, впринципе, понятно из названия. Собственных ванных комнат в номерах нет, все на этаже по нескольку туалетов/душевых на этаж. Кухонь тоже несколько. В туалетах, по крайней мере мужских, срач, постоянно нет туалетной бумаги бумаги и оставленные бутылки пива. При мне в туалет зашел поляк, понял, что нет туалетной бумаги, выругался "kurwa", хлопнул дверью и ушел. Было забавно. Хотя, это вопрос скорее не к персоналу, который искренне пытается за всем следить и убирать, а к постояльцам. Дизайн номеров напоминает советский пионерлагерь, голые стены, кровати и телевизор, окно, правда со шторами блекаут. В номерах при этом более-менее чисто, но убирают за дополнительную плату. Вообще, там все за дополнительную плату, либо депозит. Хочешь полотенце, оставь 20 евро, хочешь готовить, вот тебе набор из кастрюль, моющих средств, штопора, оставь за него 50 евро. Первый раз вижу кухни, на которых нет кружек, вилок, сковородок. По мне дичь какая-то. Зато есть автомат с платными сладостями и кофе за 2 евро. Кулера с водой нет, чайников, чтобы закипятить воду нет, в качестве лайфхака можно набрать воду в туалете, подогреть в микроволновке в бумажном стаканчике из под кофе из автомата и заварить там чай из пакетика, неофициально принесенного с завтрака. Персонал друг с другом не слишком дружит, девушка, когда брала депозит 20 евро и выдавала полотенце обещала менять его каждый день, прень на ресепшене отказался, просил 5 евро за смену полотенца. Но пытаются быть вежливыми при этом. Стойка регистрации не круглосуточная, до 21, но попасть как-то можно после. Доступ на территорию хостела и в номера по ключ-карте. Еда в столовой тоже по жетонам, кстати, первый раз такое вижу ;) Завтрак очень скромный, самая база и всегда одинаковый, 2 вида йогурта, фруктовый салат, вареные яйца, несколько видов нарезки ветчины/колбас и 2 простеньких вида сыра, базовые дешевые булочки, огурцы/помидоры, кофе из бойлера. Расположение на отшибе, но рядом остановка трамвая. Добираться до центра долго, более часа на общественном транспорте. Хотя район Кепеник вообще очень исторический, там всегда жил рабочий класс. Сейчас там куча Украинцев и Поляков. С точки зрения природы места красивые, слияние 2х рек и зелень вокруг. Возле хостела свой лаунж, так что жильцы не стесняются тусоваться, пить пиво, курить траву и включать громкую музыку прямо под окнами. В общем, как в том анекдоте "-Что такое смешанные чувства? - Это когда ваша теща тонет в вашем автомобиле!"

A galerinha da limpeza que 100%, o menino de cabelo loiro da recepção também gente boa. Só teve uma situação desagradável de uma recepcionista sem noção, mas não atrapalhou em nada. Ela deveria estar em um dia ruim. Fora isso tudo ok. Café da manhã ok.
