The worst hotel in Europe that I ever went to. I had to checkin midnight. The code that they gave me to open the main door does not work. They tried to troubleshoot by keep giving me various code that doesn’t work. And it ihas been 50 mins. Then they moved me to other building the code worked but then it doesn’t have elevator and I have 2 luggages weighted 70 kg both. They gave me room at 4th floor. I booked for room with elevator. I did not get things that I already paid for and it is my right to get the product / services that I have paid. Very unfair and ridiculously unprofessional. Stay away from this hotel.
