當晚入住時大門外很大風很冷，由於未清楚如何自我checkin的手續，所以站在大門外弄了一點時間，最後發現原來我獲分配的房間是𥚃面另外一座房子，跟本不用站在大門外CheckIn的！如果酒店方便可以預早通知我便會更好！

衛生程度相當乾淨 地點不錯離義大利餐廳很近，超市也很近，不會離車站太遠 服務也相當不錯很客氣 設施設備應有盡有，還有廚房可以下廚，真的很方便!

The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for both living and working. It is close to Berlin Airport, and Kaufland is within walking distance, which is convenient for buying food and daily necessities. My room was on the basement level with direct access to a small garden. Although the garden was relaxing, there was no fence or security barrier. Other people could easily enter the area, which made me feel unsafe. The reception is not open 24 hours, and the working hours are very limited. During the heatwave, I asked for a fan. The staff only sent a message saying they would look for one, but there was no follow-up and no fan was provided before I checked out. The facilities are good, but the security and customer service need improvement.
