應該是柏林一家高檔的酒店，酒店的建築是棟看著有點歷史的大樓，外牆都是有點風化的石料。房間是現代設計的，設計師把各種儲藏空間都整合在一起，儘量讓房間的空間感顯得大，房頂也是高高的，大窗。很舒服。酒店的位置是在動物園的旁邊，緊挨著一個很大的公園，滿眼是綠綠蔥蔥的。缺點是離公共交通站點有點距離。更像是一個度假的地方。

我們早上抵達酒店，其實不明白為什麼可以在沒有告知顧客的情況下要求出示信用卡後，在我們毫不知情的情況下！絕對沒有告知我們需要扣一晚200歐的按金情況下。拿著卡就刷上去了？收到了訊息提醒我們都懵了一下，一般的情況不是應該提供文件確定訊息吧？然後説你好女士我們這邊需要提供按金，請問是刷卡還是現金呢？好了跟我們説，哦房間都付過款了 現在衹需要你的信用卡登記一下 ok一下就刷走了400歐 **嗎？到底有沒有培訓過就上崗了？我們在抵達的時候按了門鈴，因為前台是沒有接待員的，我們半信半疑的打開門後，可以看到那個前台的男生起身後看到我們進來又坐回了自己的座位，沒有任何原因的被無視和被刷走了400歐（我們知道要付按金）我們準備了其他付款方式。前台那個長髮的男生簡直是服務行業的災難。如果想要當非常有個性的服務員，請確保你的態度和服務品質。

Good no problems. No complains. Maybe just the price.

The overall vibe of the hotel was pretty cool and hip. We read great reviews prior to visiting, so we went with high expectations which unfortunately were not met. For us the biggest let down was the housekeeping. The room was not cleaned thoroughly.. spider webs, mould in shower etc so we didn’t get the carefree feeling we were expecting from a 5* hotel. We also felt that the facilities and rooms are not that exceptional to justify the price, having in mind one can stay at other well established 5* hotels nearby with half the price. Location is ok not very close to any public transport. Generally we were disappointed by our stay.

Wunderbares Hotel mit tollen Zimmern, sehr stylish und guter Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist mega klasse, abends legt im Innenhof ein DJ auf und der Service und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter ist sehr gut. Das Stue ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder beim nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt.
