(+) 접근성 좋고 시설 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았어요! The Hotel is great to access. It’s located in near by Berlin Hauptbahnhof (with tram 10) The facilities are clean and the service is good. (-) 방음이 잘 안 되서 새벽에 좀 시끄러워요. 싱글 침대 두 개인데, 높낮이가 안 맞아서 커플들은 불편할 수도 있어요. It’s noisy at dawn because it must not be very sound proof here. There are single bed that we stay so it will be uncomfortable for couples because of the difference between hight of two bed.

I booked a room at this hotel but, due to unexpected changes in my travel plans, I was unable to check in. I contacted the hotel promptly to explain my situation and requested a refund, as I never used the room or any of the services. Unfortunately, the staff and management refused to issue any form of refund or credit. I found their response to be quite unprofessional and lacking empathy. Many reputable hotels show flexibility and understanding in such cases, but this establishment seemed only concerned about keeping the payment. Communication was also very poor, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values fair policies, good communication, and respectful customer service. I hope management reviews their policies and improves how they handle such situations in the future.
