This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.

2 aparte bedden geboekt. Er was 1 bed met 2 aparte matrassen, opgemaakt als 1 bed ( 1 dekbed). Er is een apart bed in de kamer bijgeplaatst. Daardoor weinig loopruimte. Wel prima qua hygiëne. Elke dag schone handdoeken en schoon toilet/douche.

Friendly staff, nice big room. The hotel was close to the railway station and metro. Berlin was a very emotional 訂房網站 for us. We loved every minute.

The service was nice, the staff were accommodative to my requests and helped ensure that everything was smooth. The facilities were decent but the hotel is catered more for individuals wanting to tour the city.

Leider war die Klimaanlage bei über 40 Grad in Berlin defekt. Im 5. stock wat dies unerträglich. Die Dusche war verstopft und wurde nach Aufforderung auch nicht frei gemacht. Wir hatten nach mehr Handtüchern gebeten, um uns zu duschen dies wurde zugesagt, aber erfolgte auch nicht. Der Kundenservice von 訂房網站 ist schwierig, durch den KI Assistenten kommt da nicht viel bei raus. Sehr schade
