Das Hotel an sich befindet sich in einer wunderbaren und zentralen Lage. Die Zimmer und der Pool sind großzügig und sauber. Die Qualität beim Frühstück war ebenso erstklassig. Es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes nur eine Problematik: Es fand die Innenministerkonferenz im Hotel statt. Selbstverständlich haben wir Verständnis für die Wichtigkeit dieser Veranstaltung. Wofür wir aber kein Verständnis haben ist, dass keinerlei Information und Kompensation an die Gäste erfolgt. Das Hotel wurde rund um die Uhr an allen Stellen mit schwerbewaffneten Polizisten bewacht, das Hotel zu betreten und zu verlassen war ein extrem zeitaufwändiger und nervenaufreibender Akt, die Garage konnte zwar befahren werden, wir konnten unser Auto aber nicht bewegen. Scharfschützen wurden platziert. Zusammenfassend fühlte man sich einfach nur bedroht und verängstigt. Nach langer Diskussion erstattete das Hotel die Parkkosten, eine Kompensation bei der Zimmerrate erfolgte jedoch nicht. Somit sind wir mehr als enttäuscht von dieser Einstellung den eigenen, gutzahlenden Gästen gegenüber.

Unser Besuch in der Bar war enttäuschend. Nach 15 Minuten konnten wir die Bestellung aufgeben. Die Getränke kamen dann nach weitern 15 Minuten und danach hat sich keiner mehr für uns interessiert. Wir wollten dort einen netten Abend verbringen, aber… Zum Bezahlen kam auch niemand. Wir gingen also selber zur Theke!

Awesome stay with the hotel. Staff were extremely professional and helpful when 訂房網站.com didn’t properly confirm the rooms with this hotel. The manager went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue . The rooms were stylish and clean and the location was within walking distance of many attractions and the transit system at Zoological Station

We were surprised that the breakfast we have booked were not properly recorded in their computer system where the restaurant's (BLEND) staff did not know about it for the 1st & 2nd day of our stay. Other than that little incident, everthing else were good.
