Although our hotel reservation was Kingsize bed, the lady at the reception said that they gave the kingsize bed to another customer and that they did not have a kingsize bed. We had to sleep in a twin bed. The lady at the reception said that she would talk to the manager and return, that they could give us a discount because of this situation, but there was no return. Also the room was not cleaned for 3 days. We were told that we had to pay 5 euro for room cleaning. I heard this for the first time and I was very surprised.

除了有張床能睡，其他什麼都很差，入住要全部自助，空調沒用，3天都不打掃房間！大家千萬不要踩坑！

Of the 3 nights we were staying in the hotel, not a single time did the cleaning lady come to clean the room, throw out the trash or even bring a single towel! So from that side, I am shocked that a supposedly 4 star hotel doesn't have daily room cleaning service. On top of that, the first night there was a - what sounded to me as a fire alarm test and trial at 4 AM! The bright side of this hotel is the lady Pamela which works at the reception, she was very kind and helpful to give us an earlier checkin, and show me all the things around in the neighborhood, advice on transport, restaurants, etc. So thank you for the exceptional service Pamela!
