Loved this hotel, great staff the restaurant downstairs was fabulous and reasonably priced, room was well appointed and very comfortable beds, we will be looking for more best western hotels in the future.

房間比較多，早餐中規中矩，但是地理位置超級好。樓下方圓一公里大型商場，超市，奢侈品店很多。酒店的那一條街全部是奢侈品店，靠近地鐵口，酒店為市中心的市中心。服務態度很好，英語口語不錯。

這個酒店全員都很**！訂兩天標間，checkin後把我叫回來説加20歐？！ 不是兩個人住我訂什麼標間！稅收的2個人不是嗎？！…房間枕頭上兩幅耳塞，告訴你怕火車聲音睡不著帶耳塞！？ 空調震耳欲聾，要麼忍受聲音要麼挨凍…早上6點後院建築聲音響起，一看哪有火車？是空調外掛機…要不是兩天一個訂單取消不了，真心忍受不了，**連鎖賓至如歸！服務態度差沒有禮貌！真是給Berlin丟臉極了！
