bad service! No kettle! No refrigerator!very smelly!

Es gab nichts zu meckern. Wir hatten für 2 Nächte ein sehr modern eingerichtetes ca. 16 m² großes Doppelzimmer. Inkludiert war eine Mikrowelle und ein Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Eine kleine Theke mit Hockern, machte das Zimmer noch charmanter. Das Badezimmer war auch top. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Je nach Belieben kann man direkt vor dem Hotel die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Tram nutzen oder man geht ein paar Schritte bis zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle. Ein Kaufland ist direkt nebenan und verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Sattwerden gab es auch. Es gibt Fastfood wie Subway, Döner oder chinesiches Essen, aber auch mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe wie Italiener, Griechen, Thai etc. Für unseren Aufenthalt war das Hotel die richtige Wahl.

全體的に良いホテルで満足です。大きなスーパーマーケットが近くにあって便利です。シャワー室にドアが無いので、気をつけてシャワーを浴びる必要があります。

트립닷컴에서 선결제하고 갔는데 현장에서 또 결제될뻔한거 빼고는 서비스도 좋고 조식도 맛있고 체크아웃 후에 짐도 보관해주고 좋았습니다. 혹시 당일 현장에서 조식만 신청하는데 비싸다싶으면 꼭 말해보세요. 그래도 직원들이 친절했어요.

很便利安靜服務很好，房間設施完善整潔

I came here for conferences just this reason. Otherwise, I wouldn’t choose this. It wasn’t clean bed. And even no fridge.

不錯，周邊有大超市和各類飯店。

The check in was quick and easy, as was the check out, the breakfast was good but extremely over priced. But the room itself was like a hostel and the service was atrocious; - on my first morning there someone knocked on my door for ages at 05:50 and then when I had finally gone back to sleep they rang me on the room phone at 06:00 and at 07:00, the second time I picked up and they told me they have a technical difficulty in this room (couldn’t this have been said on check in or at a different time?!) so obviously I wasn’t happy. At breakfast time I then went to the check out desk to try and sort it out, there was no one there for 20 minutes, so I had breakfast and went back to the desk, where the staff member told me it was protocol that they knock and ring when this difficulty appears, I asked for a different room (as only my room was affected) the staff member said they were fully booked, which was completely understandable, so I asked for a refund as I wasn’t able to sleep and that was the reason I had booked a hotel room, to sleep. The staff member kept repeating that it was protocol and she couldn’t do anything, no refund, no new room, no technician untill a few days later. Ok top of this there were a few others things that disappointed me: - The curtains are super thin (even the ones pretending to be black out curtains) - The a.c is missing its cover, so you can see the dirty tissue type inlay material above the window - There’s no shelves or cupboards in the bathroom so I had to put all my make up supplies, shampoo etc all on the floor - Also, in most hotels you can put the card into a slot in the room to turn the lights on, which is brilliant because then you take the card with you when you leave the room and the lights all get turned of automatically, this doesn’t happen here, unfortunately it’s all manual All on all, I would not stay here again. And I wouldn’t recommend the room 341, there might be different, better rooms, but I don’t want to keep making the same mistake. If I wanted this type of service and this type of room, I would have booked a single room in a cheap hostel just down the road.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel und hat eine perfekte Lage, wenn man zu den Berlin Studios möchte. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Klein, aber hatte alles, was man braucht. Kleiner Minuspunkt war der lange Weg zum Fahrstuhl. Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist und in den vierten Stock muss, geht das nur mit Fahrstuhl. Dieser war aber am anderen Ende Flurs. Zudem war dieser oft durch Servicekräfte belegt.
