參加展會預訂的，所有房間都是那麼小，地理位置真的很好，門口就是地鐵站，u2線直達mess Berlin不用轉線，700米有一家中餐廳很好吃，天天去吃，附近是市中心，走路去勃蘭登堡門和博物館島都是15分鐘就到。早餐的穹頂餐廳很漂亮正對德國大教堂。

很不錯的酒店！位置很好，門口就是地鐵站，而且本身就是在市中心，走著去各個景點都不遠。酒店房間大，乾淨整潔，採光通風都很好，早餐也挺不錯！

房間非常寬敞、舒適，酒店出門就是地鐵站，交通很便捷，酒店有桑拿，尤其是一天玩下來有點累，桑拿房蒸一蒸有助於消除疲勞，唯一遺憾的是酒店泳池暫時不能使用。

先説優點：地理位置極好，地鐵u2上來就是，離u6站也很近，如果買柏林歡迎卡，地體公交都方便，很省腿。對面有個rewe超市食品很全，沙拉吧和熱食吧都很好。再説缺點：傲慢無禮。入住排隊快二十分鐘，來了個白人男子並不排隊，就在旁邊一站。我前面的人辦完了，我和他一起走到前台，他説前台那個有些謝頂的男工作人員請他過來的。我和男前台説，大家在排隊，應該按順序，男前台的卻説自己叫的就是那個白人男子。此時另一個前台也空出來了，我就沒計較，換到另一個。這個更有趣了。交按金，我説交現金，她説不收現金。在哪個國家不收法定貨幣，都是違法的吧？而且誰規定人人都得有信用卡？我呢本來不想找麻煩，就拿出了信用卡，不知怎麼的，就是刷不過去。最後這位女前台説同事可以收現金，同事過來就收錢了。但是我不提醒,收據都不給。一晚兩千多的酒店，是不給瓶裝水的，除非你是希爾頓銀卡以上會員。咖啡也是很爛的速溶咖啡，此次歐洲之行四家酒店裡最差。設施很老舊，但是保持的還湊合。一句話，除了位置，沒有優點。

酒店裡沒有提供瓶裝飲用水，柏林希爾頓酒店的迷你吧定價極度不合理、漫天要價，體驗非常差。房間內沒有任何清晰的價目表，一瓶普通礦泉水竟然收費7歐元，而同款水在外面超市衹賣2歐元，價格翻了三倍多，屬於惡意宰客。入住全程沒有任何提醒，退房時才被收取費用，讓人非常反感。作為國際連鎖品牌，用這種不透明、不合理的高價消費坑騙客人，完全不配希爾頓的品牌水準，強烈不推薦

床上有頭髮皮屑毛線，枕頭也很臭。一看就是居住過了床單沒換。下樓和前台反映了這個情況。前台輕微道歉，但是沒有更換床單和枕頭。及其惡劣。

Mein Aufenthalt im Hilton Hotel war leider alles andere als erholsam. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war extrem laut und das gesamte Zimmer wirkte stark veraltet. Zwar finden derzeit Renovierungsarbeiten statt, doch das bedeutete für mich: Ausschlafen war unmöglich. Der Baulärm war schlichtweg unerträglich. Ich habe diese Punkte auch in meiner Rezension deutlich gemacht, denn das entspricht keinesfalls dem Standard, den ich von einem Hilton erwarte. Für den Preis erwarte ich deutlich mehr – das Renovierungen laufen sollte nicht zu Lasten der Gäste gehen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, die mir als Entschuldigung einen Gutschein für das Frühstück angeboten hat. Eine nette Geste.

今天早上三番五次的被清潔人員毫無詢問地打開了房門。早上9點鐘就開始了，三番五次的打開我們房門，也不經過我們的同意。導致我們一晚上都沒睡好。衞生間特別臟，洗澡的腳底下都是臟的黑的。希爾頓裡垃圾的垃圾。千萬不要住。氣死我了，希望給個迴應。

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the 訂房網站. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

就在柏林市中心，出酒店就是地鐵站，走路去博物館島大概二十來分鐘。酒店雖然老，但房間設施不陳舊。酒店服務人員也熱情周到。
