避雷這家洲際。1.第一天晚上洗澡，淋浴頭是壞的，淋浴頭水管後一個大洞，一開水就滋到我眼睛裡了，痛死我了，後來湊合洗了下，第二天一早和前台反饋，前台答應立刻找工程部來修理，沒想到等我晚上回來還是老樣子，前後通過訂房網站和自己去前台溝通了2小時才修好，修好的水管非常生硬，其實沒啥用。2.酒店停車場非常奇葩，過道僅僅一個車身多15cm左右寬的距離，還有好幾個彎道，無法借位，更沒有提醒標識，停車費一天36歐元，我們付了72歐，但那張卡根本出不去，再回去找前台，前台説可以，但實際就是刷了出不去，後來還是找人來開的，太折騰了，也浪費了客人大量的時間。這裡的設施服務和ihg完全不匹配，某書上也是各種吐槽。3.衞生工作也很一般，其中一間房第二天連打掃都漏了，整個酒店地毯上就是臟兮兮的，浴室地上踩上去黏糊糊的，嘎吱嘎吱，受不了。

酒店位置接近巴士站，乘搭巴士來回柏林的景點很方便快捷。早餐的款式很多，是五星級酒店的水準。唯一不變的就是洗衣服務太過昂貴，需要自行乘搭巴士把衣服帶去自助洗衣店洗滌。

可能是全球性價比排名靠前的洲際了吧。位置不錯，出門就有bus站，出行方便。房間蠻大，用的是byredo的洗護產品。早餐不錯，有照顧亞洲口味（有米飯），雖然不多😀最滿意的是早上10點到達，可以提前入住！

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – there’s a bus stop right outside, which made getting to all the main attractions incredibly convenient. It’s also just a 10–15 minute walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, with high-quality amenities from Byredo. As a member, I enjoyed some great perks like complimentary drinks and free late check-out until 2 PM, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
