首先進入房間有一股很大的潮濕的味道，我們定了兩個房間，其中一個房間入住時衞生都沒搞好，另外一個花灑頭也是壞的，無法懸掛。前台的服務人員效率也很慢

環境優雅安靜，住宿體驗很不錯，下次來還會再次入住。客房服務也都很好，很舒心。也推薦給其它人。下次來曼海姆拜訪客戶或者來柏林出差還會再來。

I liked the hotel because it was really well maintained and the staff were professional and really helpful. The location is good, really close to a U-bahn station and has many options of shops and restaurants around. I liked the breakfast at the hotel and the rooms were clean and well tidy. Having a coffee machine and little snacks for sale at the reception was also a great choice as it makes it easy to get midnight snack or something to drink. Only downside or issue I had was not being able to reserve a single big sized bed and had to manage two separate beds. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone looking to lodge anywhere around Spandau.

Der Service war gut und die Angestellten durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine Servicekraft im Restarant sprach allerdings kein deutsch, das sollte in einem Hotel in Deutschland schon sein. Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach preislich mit € 19,50 zu hoch. Dafür hätte ein wenig Fisch (Lachs) dazugehört. In einem Berliner Hotel erwarte ich eigentlich auch zum Frühstück die bekannte "Berliner Schribbe" und keine Pappbrötchen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Schön auch der reduzierte Preis für das Parkhaus am Wochenende.
