Sehr gutes Zimmer, dafür das Frühstück die größte Katastrophe aller Zeiten. Wir bekamen zunächst gar keinen Platz, weil viel zu wenig Tische für solch ein großes Hotel. Das Personal war bemüht, aber sichtlich überfordert mit dem Andrang, der sich am Buffet staute, das so groß wie eine Wohnungsküche ist. Kaffeemaschine streikte ständig, Rührei war ständig alle. Wenn so der Tag beginnt, ist man als Gast sauer. Dieses Frühstück, das auch qualitativ nicht überzeugte, ist ein triftiger Grund, dieses Hotel künftig nicht mehr zu buchen.

I booked this for a three night stay in Berlin and had a lovely time. The room was dated, but clean, and the beds were very comfy. One issue we did have is that we were given an adjoining room that was locked from the other side. It was explained to us that only the hotel staff could open it, but it did feel strange until they explained. We didn't have breakfast but the restaurant looked nice. The best part was the location, it was a great place and we could walk to most attractions or get the u-bahn from right outside! I would definitely stay again.
