The location is great. The extra charge to have daily clean up is a turn off. I used the laundry service and I struggled to have the WeWash app downloaded as the internet connection is not so stable in the basement area. Washing service is alright but the drying service remained disappointing as my clothing was still half wet.

This hotel is new and very clean. Transportation is extremely convenient — the metro station is right downstairs. The facilities are very advanced and quite nice. However, there are only two hangers, so I couldn't hang more clothes. Another downside is that all services are AI. Even though I asked at check-out and was told I could leave my luggage at the hotel, there was never any further reply about how I could get back in to retrieve it after the password expired following check-out, which was a bit disappointing.

betten war sehr weich und die eine seite durchgelegen sollte wasserflasche zumindest bei der ankunft sein und auch beim zusätzlichen service, doch es war und gab keine lichterschaltung war schwierig zum bedienen der einzelnen lichter 2 fernseher in einer kleinen wohnung. für deutsche einfach zuviel, außerdem hatte der im schlafzimmer einen schlechten empfang
