AR 城市酒店柏林 (AR City Hotel Berlin)

Hemos tenido una malísima experiencia porque al bajar a desayunar (pagamos a parte el buffet) no había apenas comida, no había cubiertos, ni tazas ni café ni comida para mis hijos. El manager en un principio no quería sacar más cosas y cuando quisimos poner reclamación dijo que él era el manager y que no había hojas de reclamación que escribiésemos una reseña en Google. Fue muy decepcionante y al insistir en la hoja de reclamaciones dio un manotazo en la pared y posteriormente empezó a sacar más comida

房間很小，沒有水杯、拖鞋提供也就罷了，竟然沒有吹風機，這些都能忍，最無法忍受的是酒店樓下中庭客人説話非常大聲，反饋酒店工作人員切有回覆，但根本不管，吵鬧聲直到午夜12點後才逐漸結束

가성비 호텔이에여. 학생들이 많아 시끄러운 점이 있긴한대 가격생각하면 그럭저럭 참을만합니다. ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ

Kundenservice war nicht so ip top, aber dieser können die verbessern.

I had booked a standard double room on arrival at the hotel, I was told they only had a six person room. They insisted that’s all they had and they were fully booked mind you, the standard double room was booked earlier and they confirmed the booking. As I couldn’t get a new hotel I had to take the six person room, the room I was given on getting in, I noticed the cleaning material was left in the bathroom as it looks like cleaning was yet to be completed. Saw spider webs and spider in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t properly. Leaned from the last usage. After this complaint I was given another 6 person room this time a smaller room.  The lady at the reception was kind enough to immediately offer this as an alternative and apologized.  I called 訂房網站 to complain and they replied me that the hotel is offering me a complimentary breakfast on my last day.  I went for the breakfast and informed them it was a complimentary breakfast due to the conversations Tip .com had with the hotel. To my surprised the Manager Mr Mohammed insisted I paid for the breakfast and nothing was complimentary. I informed him to contact Trip .com but he said no. I ended up paying for the breakfast and Trip .com confirmed they would refund the amount paid for the breakfast. The manager threatened to call the police and said he had all my ID details if I didn’t pay the 10euros for breakfast.  In general super poor customer service from the manager, ‘o respect for clients. The breakfast was very basic . It’s more of a hostel than a hotel.

The room is very basic, just a cabinet and bed, not table or chairs in room, it quite far away from the city , need transfer 2 to 3 times train to all the surrounding scence.

Parkplätze nur schwer zu finden. Es wurde angeboten einen Parkplatz für 25 Euro die Nacht in der Einfahrt vom Hotel zu buchen. Jedoch wurden wir die Nacht gegen 23.15 Uhr geweckt, um die Einfahrt für Lieferanten frei zu machen. Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht einen Parkplatz suchen (1,5 km entfernt). Dabei wurden alle schlafenden Kinder wieder geweckt vom Personal durch ununterbrochenens, mehrfaches lautes Klopfen, um einen zu wecken. Es gab keine Entschädigung oder Geld zurück.

Frühstück war etwas spärlich und der Kaffee eher Türkisch was nicht unbedingt meinem Geschmack entspricht, ist aber ansichtssache.
