自助入住，房間安排成雙床房，聯繫客服後給重新安排房間，還行！ 簡式自助早餐，水果很新鮮，牛奶咖啡管夠。

環境：好幾天回酒店，大堂和電梯都有一股臭味，客服説是酒店後面的垃圾桶，但是這不是讓客戶聞到的理由，簡直差價，訂房網站還標四星，要不是距離近一點，這價格還不如選溫德姆 服務：自助入住，哪來的服務可言呢 衞生：房間整體還是乾淨衞生的 設施：空調根本不製冷，打開窗戶又吵的要死，如果接受不了洗髮水沐浴露多合一的，自帶吧

First off, I don't need to earn 訂房網站 coin to earn but I must share and warn others how bad it was for me! This hotel was a very disappointing experience, and stay away from this hotel! Several serious maintenance and cleanliness issues made the room uncomfortable and affected the quality of my entire stay. The television was clearly damaged and unusable. The screen displayed multiple lines and visible defects, making it difficult or impossible to watch properly. I told one of the staff about it and they promised to fix it but nothing... The bathroom was even more problematic. While I was taking a shower, cold water repeatedly dripped from the shower fixture. Even after I had finished showering, the dripping continued for a long time. During the night, the sound of water drops was clearly audible and disturbing. It was very difficult to relax or sleep properly because the dripping continued in the background. This suggests that the shower or plumbing system had not been properly inspected or repaired. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. I found hair on the bathroom floor that clearly did not belong to me. This gave me the impression that the floor had not been cleaned thoroughly before my arrival. Finding someone else’s hair in a hotel bathroom is unpleasant and raises concerns about the overall cleaning standards and hygiene procedures. Taken together, the broken television, leaking shower, constant dripping noise, and poor bathroom cleanliness made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. These are not details that should be ignored, particularly for a hotel charging guests for a comfortable and clean stay. Last but not least, I paid 174euro a night for such a tiny room and without breakfast!? Come on!! I don't deserve this treatment! I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and arranges proper maintenance and more thorough housekeeping inspections. The hotel should check every room carefully before guests arrive, repair defective equipment, fix leaking fixtures, and ensure that bathrooms are cleaned to an acceptable standard. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again!!

음… 솔직히 뛰어난 위치와 뛰어난 시설 그런건 아니지만 있을건 다있습니다. 대신 그 계단에서나는 쓰레기냄새만 좀 잘 잡아주길 바라봅니다.

Huoneessa oli 37 astetta lämmintä ja ilmastointi ei toiminut. Yön aikana saatiin huoneen lämpötilaa laskettua 34 asteeseen, kun parvekkeen ovi oli auki, kaikki liikenteen melu kuului sisälle, niin ei pystynyt nukkumaan. Hotellin vastaus reklamaatioon oli ”tutustumme teidän tapaukseen, palaamme myöhemmin” Tästä on jo viikko kulunut, eikä mitään ole kuulunut. Varmaan ihan kiva paikka, talvella

1 ster is nog te weinig! Ik heb een kamer met airco geboekt en krijg een kamer waar het 30 graden is! Als alternatief stond er een stoffige ventilator op de kanwrwaar warme lucht uitkwam! Koelkast op de kamer werkte ook niet. Omdat het zo heet was op de kamer hadden we de ramen opengezet. Toen dachten een paar kinderen om een paar liter water de kamer in te gooien en bakstenen! Ik was voor het eerst samen met mijn dochter alleen op reis, we voelden ons totaal niet veilig! 170 euro betaald en het hotel geeft geen gehoor aan klachten!

Problematik die Logindaten zu erhalten, es war ein offensive Bemühung über mehrere Kanäle erforderlich um an die Infos zu gelangen. Zimmer winzig klein, zu warm, defektes TV und Klimaanlage, kein Platz zum Sitzen, für Koffer etc. Schank nur vom Bett aus bestückbar

Elevator, gym, and spa didnt work well. But the condition of room was ok. It is near from the subway station, but still a bit far from the main city. If you don t mind about the location a lot and have a plan to travel around west berlin a lot, then recommend! Coffe machine was nice :)

Inchecken is een drama. De receptie is niet bemand, boekingsnummer via het systeem niet bekend en telefoon wordt pas na een aantal keer bellen opgenomen. (De dame die de telefoon beantwoordt is wel heel vriendelijk). Stop was doorgeslagen waardoor telefoon niet kon worden opgeladen. Dan kun je dus niet naar de receptie lopen en een oplossing vragen. Gelukkig konden we onze telefoons in de gang opladen zodat we konden bellen en onze digitale sleutel (code) konden opzoeken. Bed is goed, douche lekker maar douchedeur sluit niet waardoor badkamer nat wordt. 1 koffiecupje per persoon voor de gehele verblijfsduur. Prijs voor Berlijn en de locatie redelijk laag maar daar tegenover dus ook de nodige ergernis.

When I arrived to hotel room, AC was not working in the summer heat of 38-40C and when I complaint about it nobody cared to reply. After couple of days of suffering without air condition, I learnt other guests rooms A.C also not working but hotel support lied about it and told me hotel is fully booked and they can't shift me to another room , infact A.C was non functioning since a month in this terrible hotel. They offered 10% refund which is not worth of money to just stay without A.C in this scorching heat in Europe. I am still waiting for their reply further which is almost 4 days now. Moreover, they have whirlpool bath and sauna/steam which was also not working for couple of days during my stay and again they offered some refund on this facilities not available. How can hotel expect guest to accommodate themselves without basic necessities and facilities in hotel? why one choose a hotel? If this hotel can not provide adequate services to guest, than they should shut themself off.
