The location was good and the room amenities are adequate.

Shockingly poor conditions and maintenance. I have stayed at other Homaris locations before, and always had positive experiences. It was indeed a (extremely negative) surprise to see how far below the Boxi Studios falls compared to other locations. The room was dirty and showed clear non-repaired damages. No electrical outlets near the table/working station, which made using the space very inconvenient. Other power outlets were sealed an unusable. Mold stains in the bathroom. Shower box handle missing. Napkins in the toilet were absent and never replaced, even after the compulsory cleaning. Crumbs found in the microwave. Night lamp detached from the wall with sharp screws and parts exposed, such as the electrical cables. Other poor details are visible in the pictures. The checkout day the staff came to the room before the checkout time. When asked the property for a refund, due to those conditions, and after having shared the pictures with them as proof, they accused me of using photos taken not in their facility. Please, go to another Homaris location in town.

Everything was alright, the communication with staff through WhatsApp was very easy and location was nice and quiet, also a lot of restaurants and stores. Tho mostly there were a lot of Asian restaurants. Overall, enjoyed the experience and love the self check-in service

Excellent studio accommodation in Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg very close to public transport (3-minute walk to U Frankfurter Tor). Great facilities, including dishwasher, microwave, induction stove tops, and coffee capsule maker. Quiet and clean place. Thank you.

расположение прекрасное, заселение удобное, но кровать просто ужас, понимали что брали номер с двухярусной кроватью - вопросов нет. но матрас просто ужас, такого ужасного даже в страшном сне представить нет возможности, скрипы, проваливается, двоем спать не возможно. избегайте выбора номеров с 2 ярусной кроватью. ТВ - хоть и не критичен для нас - но показывал два канала. ванная комнаты видимо еще от старой концепции отеля. который был до этого здесь. окно номера не прозрачное, понимаю, что это нулевой этаж, но ощущение, что ты в каком то больничном или в заключении пространстве.
