Helena, the staff at front desk helps us a lot !! She definitely the angel of the day; saved us from Bergen’s storm day by helping us find a car to Oslo when our flight was canceled in Bergen. The hotel is absolutely beautiful as well!

A pretentious 5 star hotel. The car park is terrible. Initially told us there is a car park nearby which we can use overnight under reserved spots, however it was full. Then they told us to go another car park which is 10 mins drive and 12 mins walk from the hotel. And at first the reception staff did not even tell us this option. Lots of people came to Bergen with car. 5 star hotel shouldn’t the hotel do something about it ? Valet parking is also an option. Reception staff only cares about whether you want to pay to upgrade. How does this justify a 5 star hotel?

超級可愛的北歐風酒店，早餐也很豐富，卑爾根很小走哪都很方便，就是到店當天看訂房網站同房型價格比預訂時便宜了，前台小姐姐好像給我升級了房間，安全乾凈衞生。

位置在市中心，緊鄰古教堂，走街串巷即可到魚市、碼頭；服務不錯，早餐非常非常棒，房間乾淨舒適。一樓還有Omakase米其林一星餐廳，需提前預訂，酒店餐廳也不錯。

Beautiful hotel with excellent location close to both train station and key tourist spots. Room is cozy and comfortable, also storage space in toilet is insufficient. Overall a very good stay.

酒店離去機場的大巴車站不遠，旁邊有個教堂，從火車站走過來很好找。預訂的基礎雙人房比較小，在前台補了500NOK（300多人民幣），換了大一點的雙床房。早餐豐富，酸奶和烤魚不錯。燒水壺要在前台取。

房間佈置很溫馨很有設計感，房間面積不大但給人的感覺很舒服。早飯很好吃，服務態度特別好，我問有沒有熱牛奶，當場就給我熱了一杯。第二天我又去吃早飯，她見到我就問我今天是不是還是熱牛奶。聽的人心暖暖的🥰

Sound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street. Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

初めてのベルゲンで不安でしたが、清潔感もあり、ホスピタリティも素晴らしいホテルでした。素敵なベルゲン旅行となったのもこのホテルに出會えたからだと思います。 寫真では部屋は狹く感じましたが実際はそうではなく、2人であれば十分な広さです。近くにはスーパーがあり、主要な観光地にも近いため立地は申し分ないです。朝食も美味しく頂きました。
