So bad a experience like this! I would say I would never go to the hotel again! And won’t recommend it to anybody!
Because firstly when we went into the room, there is a worm ion the table… I, along with my roommate, am so concerned about the hygiene there.

Great location esp to light rail, bybanen to airport 150m away from hotel. Central to everything incl Bryggen.
Rooms are small, dusty, noisy ! The hotel operates a club 2 floors above rooms and I guess they expect to sell rooms to drunken revelers who dont mind noisy music till 2 am in the morning - I do mind. Its been terrible as I have a morning flight and getting sleep was impossible.

Check in app didn’t work, staff failed to help. Had to book another hotelroom at own cost. I also met a BIG RAT on my way out of the hotel. 訂房網站 and the hotel both refused to refund the booking.

Everything was good and for people that didn’t receive the check-in instructions just go to this address : « Nedre Korskirkeallmenningen 1 a » it’s 3 min walk from the hotel and they will be happy to help you

Very nice hotel in the centrum of Bergen! I had some difficulties to actually find it. There were some stains in the carpet. The room was comfortable.

The hotel was located right in the center of Bergen.
Although there was reception staff we had to pick up the hotel key in a box another time (went well but was a bit strange I think).
In the hallway itself there was a slightly strange smell. But the room itself was perfectly fine.
There is a lot to do in the center of Bergen if you want it. Lots of dining areas / bars etc.
We did not get breakfast there due to. we woke up today (May 17), which in Norway is considered a Sunday. Then they did not have breakfast there. So we had to take another place.
What was minus it was that they did NOT have luggage storage there. So there the hotel has something they need to fix right away.
