別府友冨莊 (Hotel Do-YA Beppu Hanare)

This spacious accommodation is ideal for a family getaway with several members. It was tidy and cozy, making it a pleasant place to stay with my kids. The highlight was the garden outside and the large windows that let in the morning sun, creating a lovely atmosphere for breakfast while gazing outside. Unfortunately, the hot spring was out of order when we got there, but it appeared to be large enough for two people to enjoy. I was initially concerned that the size of the apartment would make it chilly upon arrival, but the heating system was effective, and the place warmed up quickly.

服務真的很差，自助入住，房間裡冷的像冰窖。沒有中央空調，每個屋單開空調，走廊和衞生間還是冷冰冰。院子裡有一塊塑料板沒有固定好，風一吹就特別響，晚上睡不好，第二天讓酒店來修，居然説要上報工程部今天來不了？其實很好修的….訂房網站幫我聯繫酒店也聯繫不上，我自己打電話就讓我發郵件，發了郵件就不回…客廳空調半夜自己關了，早上看了一眼是八度，還一個房間開了空調也很冷…沒法住。超級噁心人，沒住過服務這麼差的住宿。
