坤甸特藍瑟雷酒店 (Transera Hotel Pontianak)

The hotel good , the aircon is also cold . Everything was fine . Only the downside is im almost 訂房網站 because one of the tile is actually loose and left a big gap .

I book 2 room for 4 people , the moment i enter the room , the Light was Dim and different from the Pic , I asked them to change the room ( they said there is no other room ) But before i enter the room , they asked me to choose twin room or double.it means there is other room other than this room. my stay is 9 days, if there is no other room at the moment, I'll understand if they tell me they will try to change if they have empty room after today or the second day but they didn't do that , after that one of the room Air conditioning is not working ,i asked the staff to Repair it for 4 times FOUR TIMES ! The problem keeps changing EVERYTIME they came And still the same Not working ,not cool at all , They did the same things 4 Times (day time, midnight any time it happens , and it took so long , more that hours, and its disturbing our sleep! until me and my family gave up and choose to ignore the fact the AC is not working 2 of my family still sleep there with no choise because they won't change our room !. on our first day i reach for 訂房網站 for early check out it says the hotel will confirm the result, but the Hotels keeps on Pushing the time for 2 days , they won't confirm it, i call the hotels , but they said they can't do anything with thay and they want me to reach 訂房網站 if i want their answer . i call 訂房網站 CS To got my answer right away , 訂房網站 Reach the Hotel and in the end , the 訂房網站 CS told me the hotels confirming that they can't do early check out but 訂房網站 will give me some compensation Not the hotels. i appreciate 訂房網站.com for that. After several days The Hotel suddenly Calls me asking for my complain ,about air con and others , they asked me do i want them to check on the air con, i said No , you already did the same things 4 times. its not working and you know that, i only have 3 days left in this Hotel , and they suddenly asked me if i want to change the Room , I TOLD YOU TO CHANGE MY ROOM since day 1 !! Now you asked me 2 or three days before my check out !? after all my family member suffer because your air Con and all the others complain?! its 9 DAYS stay , can't you check that before ?! After that day , around 7 th/ 8th day , i sleep around 12 PM , but got up because of Noices ,Hammers sound keeps repeating! feels like construction or maybe they repair something and its really loud and took quiet some time ,half asleep i asked the Recepsionist about that noice, what is thet noise and where is it come from ? how long would that be? They said they are repairing something on my floor, and it will continue until Noon around 4 or 5 PM , I am speechless and they even ASKED MY IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE ROOM , So changing the room is some simple things for you to do ? after 8th days of stay ? such a coincidence ! FYI , We stayed at third floor and I AM sure there is so many empty room there , Because they won't close the room door fully if its occupied , There are plenty of room on the same floor !! The fact that 2-3 days before our Check out days they started to ask about changing the room irritates me more, it means they can do it in the first place but the Choose not To do that ! I spend this much money for 9 days of stay for 2 rooms at that hotel! I won't forget this terrible Experience with this hotel and if i know it would be that different from the pic .

Kebersihan & Fasilitasnya sangat bagus ....apalagi untuk rooftopnya ....Lokasinya jga sangat strategis

Makanannya okelah standar enaknya. Untuk kamar kebetulan wkt dpn pintu masuk sejenis kecoa cmn sy ngga tau apa namanya lebih ditingkatkan lg kebersihannya. Toilet wkt itu suami sy dr dlm gbsa kebuka untung nginep ga sndiri bayangin kalo nginep sendiri siapa yg bakal bukain pintu yg tb2 rusak lgsg sy telf resepsionis petugas pun lgsg dtg hmm suara kamar sebelah kedengeran yaa aplg kmr sblh wkt itu batuk2 sgt2 kedengeran 😩 Pelayanannya ramah, oke.

Kamar bersih, pelayanan bagus, dan lokasi sangat strategis dipusat kota

This is a nice hotel but unfortunately it is extremely noisy. There should be signs to say that there are quiet hours. So many other guests were making noise in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. The WiFi is good and the restaurant is handy.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan Jalan Gajah Mada Pontianak yang terkenal dengan pusat kuliner malam dan banyak kafe untuk ngopi dan santai

Good and affordable hotel to stay. Recommended for short stay.
