A great stay to bring pets along , there is a waterfall which pets are allowed to enjoy and can order ingredients for bbq or steamboat with the hotel staff in advance which is very convenient

We booked a last-minute retreat just 45 minutes from KL, and it turned out to be a peaceful and secluded getaway. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, perfect for unwinding. However, we noticed quite a few insects around during dinner prep, so we recommend dining early at 6 PM or waiting until 9 PM for a more comfortable experience.

Everything was good except our delivery food got bitten/snatched away from stray dogs or monkey (unsure)😭

Everything is good, but it will get a bit warm during the day time when the sun is up in the sky. The caretaker is nice, a lot of friendly guarding dogs around. Best thing to do is enjoy the freezing cold water at the rock pool. Will return again.
