There was a stale smell as soon as you entered the room. The air conditioner remote did not work, the TV cannot turn on, and the shower gel in the toilet was not refilled. The most outrageous thing was that after 12 o'clock in the midnight, the employees were still running around outside and making noise. This is the first time I have encountered such a disappointing hotel.

hotel tanpa lif@elevator. bilik keluarga yang kami tempah pula di tingkat atas. susunan yang agak kurang baik di situ. secara keseluruhan, hotel yg baik, selesa. pintu utama hotel agak dekat dengan simpang, sedikit sukar untuk ke hotel dari arah stesen bas, tetapi mudah jika dari arah masjid.

Room is ok a bit small for two queen beds. Toilet is clean and water pressure and temperature is great. Hotel location is within walking distance with few restaurants. Many parkings available behind the hotel. Iron is provided at the floor corridor.
