Worst experience in my life. Room is smelly .. like from plumbing .
The hotel is still new and dusty, all facilities are not available and the mgmt of this hotel obvious is not honest about status of this hotel is not even ready to accept for visitor yet.
I got a feeling I was being cheated . I would never come back again even I being offer free stay!!’ Runing my holiday.

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each 訂房網站. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

The worst hotel experience ever. Location is far from Genting attractions, without a car it is impossible to get around. There are only 3 restaurants on site - we got so sick of eating at Hard Rock Cafe. The breakfast buffet ran out of food. The convenience store ran out of milk. The lifts took FOREVER to go anywhere - there are 50 floors and only 8 lifts per tower. We waited over 20 minutes each time to take a lift. We eventually walked down the stairs - and when we got to Ground floor, the door was locked! Imagine if this is a fire emergency! The toilet in the room smelt so bad, probably cos the plumbing is not good in such a remote and tall building. No one cleaned the room during our 4 days. To drive out of the car park, you have to call down to front desk first and let them know your car plate - each time! The pool was under renovation during our stay.
The list of complaints is endless!!! Short story: do NOT stay here. It was our worst hotel experience ever, in the end we checked out early cos we couldn’t take it anymore
