**，服務根本沒有，我忍了畢竟便宜，衹要能給張床睡就可以，隔音不好我也認了，可以哪裡劇烈碰撞的異響根本沒法睡，沒辦法把床墊拖到浴室以為可以，可是浴室安靜了異響卻更明顯了，法克，我拍視頻分別兩段給管家，告訴他有多糟糕，都不理我，本想讓她送我一天底樓層的，根本不搭理我，垃圾中的垃圾

Positives - The room is specious. Transport is available to reach the Sky world. Negative: Unacceptable bad smell from the toilet. After complaining I got an immediate response, moth balls were put inside the WC but the smell was still there. I was not able to tolerate the smell. Very unpleasant experience with the apparent I stayed. Hopefully the management will resolve the smell issues.

Overall was good..value for money but maybe to relook back the checkin and checkout time. Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am was really not convenience at all.

This is homestay instead of hotel, any amenity you need, you need contact your host. Before you check in, remember to call the contact number they provided, the host will assist you to check in. You are not going to checkin in the lobby, as this room is nothing related to Ion Delemen. I know nothing about this, and I went to the lobby, wasted my time 😒. For the toiletries, they provide us less than half roll of the toilet paper, no other extra tissue provide. For the cleanliness, I found cockroach in the drawer 😩 Remember to bring along your tng card, reception can waived the parking fee.

Tiada set mandian tersedia , yang lain ok Kalau mau tempah , sila sediakan set mandian anda Bilik bersih , tiada wifi , suasana baik Sesuai untuk bercuti di sana Bawah tingkat ada buffet pagi, buffet petang , dan buffet mlm Ada juga kolam mandian untuk kanak-kanak dan dewasa Tempat parking sedia ada

床單衞生非常非常的臟，我入住時候床單已經很髒，我住了這麼多天也從耒沒有換過一次，交通不方便很難坐車，第一次開房拿匙很複雜才能拿到一般人根本沒辦法拿到要通過手機等′系列的操作才能拿到，如果不是我朋友幫我根本自己拿不到，因為匙不是在前台的，是要通過手機操作的，不是本地手機就操作不了，所以你們這個平台不能拿這種防源給客人訂，不然會害很多人都沒辦法成功′入住！
