직원들 친절하고 방도 깨끗하고 좋았다 가장 좋은 거 : 골프코스까지 걸어서가고 코스가 참 이뻤다 두번째 좋은 거: 가족나들이하는 현지인들이 참 느긋하고 좋았다 즐거운 여행이어서 아쉬움을 뒤로하고 떠난다 다음 겨울 휴가때 다시 올 예정이다

Fantastic resort. Had a 3 night stay in a spa suite.  Beautiful room with a great view. We made use use of the excellent facilities including the pool and well appointed gym. Also booked Tees clubhouse for a birthday function catering for 80 guests . Andrew and his team ( chefs and bar staff) provided exceptional  service to ensure we had a great event. Very highly recommended!

A fabulous short stay for us . The room was lovely and clean , beds comfortable and spacious. We ordered in-room dining and the serving size ( particularly of the Club Sandwich ) was fantastic ! A big thankyou to James, who was exceptional in his job in this area ! This was our 2nd stay at the Royal Pines and we look forward to a future visit !

環境：spa放能看到山景以及黃金海岸全景，相比於surfer paradise 的鬧市，可以説非常的靜謐悠閑了，如果喜歡逃離城市喧囂的話這裡決得不能錯過 設施服務：給了五星，但其實還有進步空間，牙刷需要去前台取很不方便，沒有刮鬍刀，mini bar是空的，需要打電話點，menu在電視機菜單中

可能是因為坐落在一個高爾夫球場內的原因吧，走廊的地毯上都是土和草碎屑。打掃不及時，住了兩晚也沒給打掃一次房間。強烈建議住高層！底層的陽台上都是蜘蛛🕷️，有陽台也沒敢出去坐一會。前台一位棕色皮膚的服務人員很不友好，你提什麼要求都回答一個字“No”

Stayed at this hotel for my birthday. My son had fun at waterpark and playground. Few issues. The in room safe is not working and the bathroom sink is clogged.

Perfect hotel. Staffs are very friendly and the room is very clean and the interior design is very cozy. We booked a room with a spa and I had such a great night with my boyfriend in this lovely hotel. The view from the room is stunning.
