The hotel is close to the airport but you need to take the shuttle bus at Terminal 3, Bay 26. You need to message the hotel that you've arrived otherwise it could be a long wait. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool for relaxation. The room I had was of good size. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for the shower, albeit not of strong pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which is essential. Nice dining option at the restaurant with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I recommend this hotel if you wish to be in the vicinity of the airport.

還算可以，中規中矩，就是周圍什麼都沒有，好的就是有接機送機，旅館比較大設施也不錯，早飯比較簡陋，但是對於墨西哥來説已經算好了 雖然設施比較普通 但是都不錯的

離各種租車公司很近，樓下有家oxxo，整體環境還不錯，就是差點凍死在房間裡，給開到17°，一整個凍住了！也不知道怎麼這麼管用，關了還是很冷很冷！前台服務態度一般，問他們停車場在哪裡也説不明白，反正在墨西哥和前台溝通真的好難！

交通很不方便，看中它離機場近，且有接送機，但實際上服務很不到位，提前幾天告知我們的航班時間，但酒店一直沒有回覆，到了機場打電話沒人接，找客服説30分鐘，也不説在哪裡等，加上坎昆機場的的士亂象，真是不知所措，最後還是花了300比索叫的士到酒店。本來想在酒店報個一日遊，結果酒店沒有這個服務，在網上報團又因為酒店不在市中心沒有到酒店接，真是鬱悶

早晨送機，告知了司機師傅國際航班號，但還是被放在錯誤的客運大樓，離國際出發客運大樓距離幾分鐘車程，差一點被門口黑車司機騙了50美元，經詢問機場工作人員，坐免費的擺渡車到達正確的客運大樓。希望酒店提高服務細節。

Hotel location is very convenient. We got to the airport at night, called the hotel and were picked up within 20 min. Breakfast is a buffet and it’s good, several options available. The morning shuttle to the airport was 10-15 min delayed but it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, recommended for staying overnight and catch an early flight.

칸쿤 공항이랑 가깝고, 공항 드랍 버스가 운행한다고 해서 예약했습니다. 시설은 깔끔합니다. 메리어트 계열이다보니 어느정도 수준이 잘 유지되는 호텔입니다. 룸온니로 예약했는데 조식 무료로 먹을 수 있었습니다. 다만 창문을 열 수 없는 점이 조금 답답했고, 하우스키핑에서 영어를 잘 못해서 응대가 아쉬웠던 아쉬움은 있었습니다.
