The room itself was decent, but unfortunately, there was a lingering cigarette smell. Despite the staff’s efforts to remove it with air freshener, the odor persisted. I even tried airing it out by opening the window and using the ceiling fan, but it didn’t make much of a difference. Since I’m sensitive to such smells, it was uncomfortable, but I had no other option but to stay. Additionally, there were no basic amenities like toothpaste or a toothbrush provided—you have to request everything from the staff. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. However, I was surprised to find out that the water at the reception, which I initially thought was complimentary, actually had a charge when I checked in. Overall, the experience was average, and I wouldn’t say I’m a fan.

No Light and Complete Blackout for 5 complete hours and there was no one to attend to our problems. Bad!!

Over charged 3 k per night. All room are same, with no difference. The towels were used one. The shower dont work and looks to be shady. I complained at reception by they didnt care

The hotel is situated at the best place. We came for work purpose and everything was near. The staff was polite and very nice. They cleaned everything time to time and the service was superfast. The interior and the rooms were clean and best equipped with everything needed.

Superb hotel really I loved it best locality centre to all like ground , MG road , commercial street etc. I enjoyed vt my family, staffs n service of hotel is also too gud 🥰

The stay was nice. Customer friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Room s & toilet are neet and clean. Breakfast was limited but tasty.

overall the stay was good, the location is very nice with lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast verity can be improved though but whatever they provide was good in taste

location is good. receptionist and room service are good, gave an early check in. allowed to keep luggage even after check out, and we waited in receptionist for sometime too. complimentary breakfast was ok. there was no restaurant there. but lots are Neary. only issue was with flush. it took almost 10mts to get filled after use
