I had a really upsetting experience with the property booking. I booked a Premium room with double bed and bathroom (with bath tub). This room was listed at a higher price However, upon check in, we found that the bathroom attached to the premium room was not what we opted for. There was no bath tub and when we inquired, the help desk of hotel informed that not all premium rooms have bath tub. Why did we have to pay more for a room that was the same as the lower variant? This is a very bad experience

Rbd sarovar portico, the stay with this hotel was really good, good hospitality from well trained staff, breakfast and fruit basket also good. Mr. Azada from front dusk was so pleasing and professional.

It was 9 pm after a hectic workday when i reached the hotel, only to be told that my booking was rejected because the hotel was full. They hadn't bothered to inform me either. They claimed they had informed mmt, but the app still showed my booking as valid.

We came to bangalore fr pooja (prayers) Hotel people when I came fr check Inn they told rooms r not ready at 1:45 pm they ask me to wait so we went out left our luggage in reception areya came at 6:30pm after to check in, they given room after that my daughter came frm Vijayawada to bangalore by flight and they charged extra person 1200+ rs , later my local sister and brother in law came ***** with 2years boy to see us when we r talking in the room, after some time the reception guy called me and told they can't stay more then one hour they have to leave in roud way they left with un happy Lee, this hotel is supportive fr gust and the guys who r working is not friendly with the public even I completed what happened to the girl on duty whole check out time so I am not happy to stay stay in this hotel and I tell my friends too tq so much 🙏.
