actually it's clean and neat!! the interior was really good! also a peaceful place to stay!! the only issue was that I noticed the TV did not work properly!!

It was a worst stay I have ever experienced.They are providing only 500 mL water bottle for 2 people and asking 100 ruppes for extra for other bottle.And staffs are very rude and unprofessional.i never recommend this stay again

Staff was very rude and not much supportive ,I been their around 5 days but they are not ready to supply water bottle for our room..and they are asking for additional amount for the bottele

Staffs are very rude and unprofessional and they are providing only one small bottle water for 2 persons.And asking 100 ruppes for additional bottle .And the room service was pathetic,I will never book this hotel again..This stay totally disappointed me and it made me a negative image about make my 訂房網站 as well.

The worst ever management I have ever seen from the hotel side and from the MMT side....i seriously don’t suggest to choose the Kensington hotel for stay....it will be a disappointment if you visit this hotel

there is nothing which is mentioned room It was a very small dirty tv not working complimentary water isn't there glasses are not towels as well nothing is good not even 00.01%

The room was stinking when we arrived and there was lot of noise and was very disturbed because of that and we also checked out early couldn’t stay for longer because of the dam sounds.

Room was dirty especially the bed. Food was not upto par. I won't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality stay. I went out, locked the room to have my breakfast and to my surprise the room service team was inside my room cleaning with out my permission.
