Overall it's oke oke. But it's not that much good. . Because on the window side. It's very dusty. Toilet door is also not good there is difficulty to close and open. We have ordered 2 burger. Its not tasty.

Hotel was good but need to improve the hospitality. And need to improve the drainage system as well as water facility. The bathroom needs the repairs. Hope my next visit will be excellent

Dint want to provide checkin due to problem between mm t and hotel. Water was not there. Soap was not provided nor shampoo.

I checked in for 2 nights. The doors are very difficult to handle. My bathroom door got stuck in the middle of the night, followed by power outage twice the same night. It took them 15-20 minutes to send someone to fix the bathroom door! room walls are mouldy, bathroom was congested. I got a different room than what they have displayed while making the booking. Overall a bad experience

Staff was polite and helpful. But rooms were very old. Not what i expected. Complementary breakfast was average. The 5th floor dining hall had a great ambience.

Room provided was cozy. Good net connection. Friendly stuffs. Good complimentary breakfast. Good housekeeping service

1. Fan is full and ac is locked at 24 2. Linen was not good had lots of bites during sleep 3. Breakfast time is 8. 30. If i want leave early i cannot take it. Seems same in similar hotels. 4. No intercom. No internet because no wifi in the floor. No alternative provided. No tv because no internet. Lots of noise from neighbour by early morning. Water is not bottled rather ro filled in glass bottle. Because of fan unable to sleep well. It's booked for overnight sleep. Which failed.
