I stayed here for two nights and had a really great experience. The hotel is quite new, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were warm, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. They were always there to help you .My room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The bathroom was large and very tidy too.Breakfast had a good mix of South and North Indian dishes. Location-wise, it's well-connected and easy to get around. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back again!

FOOD WAS INCLUDED BUT HE SAYS PANEER , CHICKEN NOT AVAILABLE, GIVING FOOD AFTER VARIOUS REMINDER AFTER ONE AND HALD HOURS, BREAKFAST OPTIONS WAS NOT GOOD, FRUITS NOT AVAILABLE IN BREAKFAST, AFTER REMINDER THEY PROVIDED KANGHI, SLEEPER , SUGER AND TEA BAGS, AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT THEY DENIED TO PROVIDE GST BILL, MY ROOM KEY WAS NOT WORKED AND HOTEL STAFF OPEN WITH THE MANUAL KEY AFTER 40 MINUTES AFTER VARIOUS REMINDER BECAUSE OF THEM I REACHED THE AIRPORT IN VERY SHORT MARGIN. THE STAY WAS WASTE OF MONEY 😭😭

i don't know about others but i have very worst experience. the room they gave me hot water not coming so i asked them to change my room but they said no rooms are available still i managed it with humanity. also i have booked room for early check in and late check out plan. but during check-in also the front office person not concerned about it and during checkout they created a sympathy Scenario. because when i received call from front office regarding my check out time i clearly mentioned about my check out time and my booking plan for late checkout option he too accepted at that moment but later during checkout they are charging me ₹2000/- and i denied to pay suddenly the front office manager created the sympathy Scenario with heated argument. at the same time the person who was handling my luggages he dropped my trolley when the argument is going. i thought it's normal and there is damages so I was just concentrating in the argument. at that receptionist girl went checking my luggage and came back but not informed me anything neither the person who is handling my luggage. later on after I reach airport i got shocked the my trolley was broken. i thought maybe it got broken in the car so i searched for the broken trolley debris but I don't find anything. then i remembered about what happened in hotel . seriously i am a frequent traveler but i use to recommend to my friends sometimes for some hotels . but this Kingston hotel inwill never ever recommend to even any unknown person too . seriously there is no professionalism or any kind of seriousness about hospitality for the guest. in the conclusion I just wanted to say that Kingston hotel is worst worst worst. if they want there hotel must get continues good amount of business either they director must train the staffs else change the staff else train and monitor.

Worst hotel experience. When we checked in, a friend had accompanied us. The staff shouted at us for having more people check in. Even after repeatedly saying that the friend is not staying, they wanted to count it as a check in. All for a 5 min entry into the room. Absolute lack of courtesy by staff

Good. Staff very helpful and friendly will recommend to friends. Location also very central. Rooms are clean and the food is good especially breakfast. Very nutritious and good choice

It was a nice hotel to stay in Bengaluru near yashwantpur Railway station but we had only one meal daal and Pulch it was tasty 😋

This place is nothing like it shows on portal, being managed by a bunch of unprofessional guys. Price is too much and unsafe for solo women travelers.

Room is not clear, bed sheet was thrown and room was suffocating pillow he ad a bad smell, regret booking this hotel
