Absolutely avoid this hotel. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff are completely incompetent and seem to have no idea how to manage a hotel. The room was disgusting—bed bugs, a broken shower, and a completely clogged bathroom drain. This is the bare minimum any hotel should get right, and they failed miserably. The restaurant refused to accept Zomato payment for no legitimate reason. Nobody could provide a proper explanation. The most appalling part was how they treated my wife. She was staying in the same hotel under a company booking, while I had a separate reservation. Despite both of us being registered guests, the staff had the audacity to label her a "visitor" and insinuate other intentions. They then refused to let her visit my room, hiding behind baseless, made-up excuses. It was insulting, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. To top it off, the hotel advertises free parking, yet I had to argue with the staff just to get parking for my two-wheeler. If you're going to advertise free parking, at least have the decency to honor it. This hotel is poorly maintained, badly managed, and run by people who clearly don't understand hospitality. If you enjoy unhygienic rooms, incompetent staff, and being treated with disrespect, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay as far away from this hotel as possible. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. There are far better options than wasting your money here.

Good room and good people, especially the foods are wonderful, one young lady with short hair and east Asia face very warm hearted, always be there give service.

Was there for one night but no complains at all apart from the room given to me was next to service lift which kept going up and down the whole night. Rest was all cool. The bed was nice.
