It was a pleasant stay myself and my family enjoyed it they could have improved on few things like there no smart tv available and few basic amenities like kettle and water bottles very missing overall i would give 3/5

Business meet. Stayed just for one day. Pest issue at night and toilet issue. But they immediately arranged another room for refreshment.

The manager spoke a bit rudely and asks additional charges other than the money paid. Very disappointed with managers way of conversing.

The staff is very rude behavior while talking check in time they put 12 p. M but they take time cleaning after 12 highly suggest not good

The hotel people were very rude to the customers and haven’t provided us anything. The stay was horrible. Kindly don’t prefer this hotel, the way they speak to the people is very bad and asked us to pay extra amount. The experience of 1 day stay is very bad in this hotel. The staff inside the hotel are very bad and disrespectful.

It was good. Loved the room, so comfortable had balcony. It was neat and clean. Service was good. Location was easy to find through google maps. Had parking for the vehicle. Had breakfast options available for morning.

Booked this for my wife, who was travel-ling solo and had a dinner meeting across the road. There was no one at the reception to help her check-in, no manager, only 2 young boys who took her to an unclean room and made her uncomfortable. She left immediately and checked into a safer hotel elsewhere. Manager eventually called, but was unhelpful. I doubt this is the first time this has happened.

The room was fantastic, but there was a crazy cockroach infestation. We found at-least 7 cockroaches in the room.
