可以訂餐至客房很不錯，每天早餐我都會訂餐至房間，餐點樣式也多種可以選擇，也可以個製少鹽 少辣之類的，可以試試

This is my second experience there.. Very, very bad... First they gave me the key to room number 303. No one came with me... I searched for the room number and opened it and saw some dresses and bags in it...(I think One of the customer  locked the room and left) I say at the reception... they say sorry and give me another key to room number 403... when I open it, it repeats there too... Finally they gave me room number 103... Luckily there was no one there. Similarly, there was nothing in the bathroom. The shower didn't work, there was no liquid soap, shampoo, brush, paste... none of these. By then they had wasted two hours of my time. When I tried to make some tea in the morning, the electric kettle was not working either.... What more experience do you need than this...thank you iva by SKR

As per booking i asked hotel is it near to metro station for my training journey they told yes. when i reached hotel found metro non operational there . Then I talked to hotel manager there on 17th and with MMT and they told me ur 訂房網站 cancelled and cancellation , refund mail will come to u but upto now i ve not received any mail and refund. pse look after this and let me give update . Thanks

Location is convenient. But the services are worst. There is no waiter in the restaurant. AC is not working in restaurant. Water leakage in restaurant. Room is very very small. No senior person at reception. Shower does not work. Telephone doesn't work. Room service is very very slow. I don't understand how the rating of this hotel is above 4.

Simply say it was excellent. Starting from location to room amenities, food, behavior of the staff, everything was of top order. Food was extremely good, hygienic & wholesome. Rooms are tidy & well maintained. Five out of five 👍
