In booking voucher it is clearly mentioned that breakfast, lunch, dinner are included. But when i ask for the same to reception that said it's not possible, you have to contact where you from booking done.

Beds are not clean as expected. Service is very poor. Even for drinking water we have to ask. No compliments. I have booked for 2. 00am on 9-2-23 upto 12 pm on 10-2-23. I have paid full booking amount while booking. They were not aware of my booking while check in at 8. 20 am on 9 th. They were asking for pure check in charges. When you will give the discount. Can you refund the discount amount. Just asking our feedback. Doing nothing. I checked out how much discount you give. ?
