Worst hotel😡,worst location😡, worst staff 😡and everything horrible.😡 Better stay away from this cheap lodge These arrogant staff will spoil your peace of mind and loot your money if you choose this property If you spend some time to read my experience at this hotel you will be saved from the clutches of these vultures The very first thing I noticed is it's location. It is situated at a slum dwellers area very far from city,airport and main road Second there's no parking place atall Third the front office staff.They will treat you like an intruder. Fourth they will squeeze as much as they can even though you have paid before for room,breakfast,etc Fifth they will humiliate you in their local language among themselves and threaten you if you question . Sixth they will wake you up early morning to vacate room immediately Seventh they will not give you receipt for money extracted from you Eighth they will say that they are not responsible for the online booking and payment made by you except their website.(who knows this cheap hotel's website?🤣🤣🤣) Ninth they will make you wait for hours to get your room alloted in order to squeeze your maximum money Tenth(last but not the least) they will treat you like a beggar no matter what your position in the society The above said words(Ten commandments)are from my experience at this hotel If you ignore my words only God can save you

The bathroom structure is so inconvenient. Also, there are no suitable areas where we can dry clothes quickly.There's also a construction site，workers begin to work about 6am. It's a little noisy.

Very spacious room, clean, and good location for a transit passenger, not far from the airport. Nice staff.

Location 5 out of 5. Close to Phoenix Mall of Asia, Decathlon, Multiple Brand Outlets, Multiple Restaurants and right beside the main road. Cleanliness 5 out of 5. Spotless clean room & washroom. Room Service 5 out of 5, Fixed our TV at 11 pm at night. Hospitality: 5 out of 5. Extremely polite and helpful staff always with a smile on their face. Food: Taste wise was ok, ok but great service and clean restaurant. Had an excellent stay.

Average and not worth for money. Staff behaviour was rude ***** with of duty manager. Food was not worth at all.

For quick luxury stay this property is good and near to airport to get the flights on time and staff are good and responsive

The hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.
