hospitality I would rate top ..... staff's and room boys behaviour good and polite... floor manager mr.zameer is most cooperative and helpful overall fantastic experience

While we already requested for earlier check-In but while checking to the hotel, they told us you have to pay 1000 Rs for earlier check-In. This was bad experience in that hotel.

with regards to location it's situated in the very busy and engaging Church Street. It has its own restaurant and a renowned one with delicious food. Service are good.

The experience was very bad. The room booked was not at all clean, a bad smell in every floor outside. I expected a better experience from this hotel as it’s a renowned one.

This is a good place for food lovers. From paragon, japanese foods, in the empire hotel itself is a really good taste. Easybakes, one of the brand of hotel has variety of burgers, b roasted chicken, korean chicken and etc.
