Decent stay with clean beds, but rooms were kind of cramped and so is the restroom.The location is fantastic and surrounded by great places and all the city is averagely accessible from here easily. The surrounding area is pretty clean and happening as well. The food options for breakfast is ok, can be arguably rated fair. But the dinner dishes are all awesomely good. The staff is averagely useful, they were unable to arrange extra hangers and small things like that, but they kept room clean and all. I faced trouble extending stay, had to book another hotel, went to the other place, didn't like the room and then this unavailable hotel suddenly got listed again and I had to move back all my family and baggage back to this place - wasted 2 hours for all this.

Staff is not professional as they stare at us too much n many times n unnecessary laughing n talking in between n that’s weird n very unprofessional so train ur staff tell them customer is god because customer paying u r getting earned n getting salaries so respect them .. if u like any good faces remember that its customer n not desire

hospitality I would rate top ..... staff's and room boys behaviour good and polite... floor manager mr.zameer is most cooperative and helpful overall fantastic experience

While we already requested for earlier check-In but while checking to the hotel, they told us you have to pay 1000 Rs for earlier check-In. This was bad experience in that hotel.

with regards to location it's situated in the very busy and engaging Church Street. It has its own restaurant and a renowned one with delicious food. Service are good.
