Solo stay for a night in the heart of mg road and church street with access to multiple eateries, shopping arcades and bars. Rooms are okay and the balcony added a nice view of the night life in mg road

water clogging in the sink, no proper maintenance., poor service, dental kit is not free and chargeable is at poor quality, charging port not worked

I booked this hotel while attending the TCS World 10 event, as it’s just about 300 meters from the Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw Parade Ground. We didn’t try the food, but the amenities and service were good. However, the charging plug points in our room were all damaged, which was a problem since we only stayed for one night and needed to charge our devices for the event. It would be great if this could be fixed for future guests. Thank you!

The property is clean and good and the price is reasonable. It is also very convenient as the property is located at the heart to Bangalore

The stay was very comfortable. The location was very good near MG road metro station. Walkable distance to sobha-paragon resturant at church street near Empire hotel. There were five 3pin/5pin electric kettle plug sockets in the room,but only a few were working and usable. The lighting system needs repair and improvement. The bathroom cleanliness was okay,but needed improvement. It's better to provide soap lotion than soap bar. The water closest is very near to the washbasin and felt uneasy while using it. A small bucket and mug shall be provided in the washroom. Drinking water was only half a litre per person,it shall be enhanced to 1 litre,since an electric kettle is available for making tea. In totality the stay was comparatively good.

As far as location is concerned, it's in the best location. My room didn't have proper A/C effect and Water kettle wasn't there . Rest all fine.

Great location as it is located right on the Church street entrance - walkable distance to restaurants and pubs and great for shopping. Hotel is average and clean with good service but do not expect luxury.
