Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next 訂房網站.

I book for two deluxe king room, i already informed 4 weeks earlier that my plane will arrive midnight and check in will be past midnight, the two rooms will be adjoining rooms on same floor, instead i have to show written proof of such request, which is ridiculous, and was given only 1 deluxe king room and another premier standard room far away when we insisted the rooms to be on the same floor at the very least. The reception Imam insisted that we show proof of such request and that we are the last to check in for the evening. After much argument and showing written proof the request was made, he reluctantly gave us the two rooms of different category on the same floor. We ask for compensation for the difference in price, and on insistence we got two additional free breakfast. This is most unbecoming of Taj vivanta when every year we made the same booking.

During my recent business stay, I became unwell and experienced a level of care and hospitality that truly stood out. From the moment the team became aware of my situation, they were proactive, thoughtful and incredibly attentive — assisting with arranging a doctor, helping with medication, checking in regularly, and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. A special thank you to Stephen Inbaraj and the housekeeping team, whose kindness and professionalism made a difficult few days much easier. I was also very touched by the team arranging a special herbal remedy prepared by the sous chef — a gesture that was both thoughtful and genuinely appreciated. You have built a truly outstanding culture of hospitality on site. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but the warmth, care and attentiveness I experienced at Vivanta Bengaluru was exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond.

Second time at Vivanta in Residency Road. Good location downtown next to all the vibe and stores. Bars, restaurants etc. Hotel very well appointed. Great rooms, everything works as it should. Staff all excellent on this occasion. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Moved from the other Taj at Yeshwanpur as poor location and one of those grand hotels that jas weddings non stop so it ruins the experience so i moved to Vivanta and wish i had stayed there from the beginning
