we believe the hotel will be perfect however we couldn’t go to hotel as our airline Indigo service agent mess up our international transfer in bangalore, we supposed to go out but indigo airline service agent really mess up everything, without telling us he did boarding us after that we got stuck in airport, i will advice all my family and friends not to travels with indigo air line anymore.

Sai leela is a great hotel to stay. Easily accessible to airport and ola/uber since located at main road. But since renovation was in progress we had a little bit hustle as lift wasn't working and frequent power off. But rest it is highly recommended only when the renovation wrk is completely done. Nice hotel. Room and toilet is quite spacious.

I booked suite room in sai leela. But sai leela is under renovation. They changed to ramada where i got a normal room stay.

Great location to find out. Pleasant stuff. Spacious well furnished room. Calm and quiet environment. Closure to airport. Expected better breakfast.

Without prior information to customer kitchen closed down. Reason chef has outside work. Even sometimes they informed us today lunch is not available.

The rooms were good and spacious. All the bathroom fittings has to be leak proof. Breakfast is very very limited.

The rooms and service, the staff behaviour everything was good. The rooms were spacious and clean and well set. But the first time they gave a room the washroom flush was not working due to some problem and they changed us to another room. And again due to some motor issue there was no hot water and it was difficult to freshen up without hot water. When asked regarding this they said the work is going on and it will take time but they provided hot water in a bucket to rooms, if you have the patience to wait for it. Hoping all those issues are fixed. But before booking the rooms in this hotel take a confirmation if all the facilities are available. Overall stay was good and could have been excellent if these problems were not there.

Don't choose this hotel, ramada is good near by this hotel. Taps are not working properly. Even room lights not working. Wash room exhaust fan not working. There is no 24hour hot water facility. Simply terrible staying
