The hotel is located in a quiet tree lined neigborhood. infrastructure of the hotel is quite good and maintained well. the beds are too springy & bouncy. restaurant service is quite swift and efficient. improvements needed in the front office staff - they are not welcoming at all, quite smug and bordering on indifference. dont take heed of requests and dont get back with confirmation. i had asked to get the bed linen changed which i suspected that it was old. had to remind at least 3 times to get the job done. need to be trained to welcome guests. perhaps this is done for online booking customers. remember, we are business travellers and make a big chunk of the bookings & we have minimal demands and needs. there is no window to many of the rooms. the window is blocked with a building band opposite to the hotel - but that's ok. overall, if they improve the service and train the staff, this can be a very good

Even after mentioning about cancellation no step was taken for refund. Fraudulent activity of not returning amount for cancellation. And pointing others whenever we question abt it. Including makemy訂房網站 app. Looting from people. And no customer service. No cancellation was done. No refund was given.
