property located in a good and near to Majestic. But, the room is not good upto mark as mentioned in the website. They didn't provide the basic toiletries and the wifi is also not functional in the room. The washroom is also not good. The washbasin had a block so the water flow was not happened. I dont want to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff and the service was really bad. I had very terrible experience on the stay they didnt even knock the door to come inside,they directly use their master key to get inside the room to ask for cleaning and if we ask for water as common amenities they are not ready to give we have ask for three or four times. Hotel was very nice. Room are the same as in the photo. I love the rooms. But service and the staff was really misbehaving this will effect good hotels like this. It will better if u change the staff their it will help grow the hotel. This only about the front office guy.

I selected for non - smoking room but once I entered the bathroom there was heavy smell of smoke. When asked for room change they did not allow. We couldn't handle the smell of smoke . And we saw 2 small cockroaches roaming in our room. Cleanliness-6/10

The beds weren't cleaned. It had hairs all over it. We asked the reception to get it cleaned, but nothing was done at all.

The hotel needs serious and immediate renovation, they should stop their business till the renovation is completed. They have shifted me in 4 different rooms throughout my stay due to several issues.

It was one of the worst hotel in bangalore they gave us a ac room in which ac was not at all working. The smell was bad and there is not better lighting in the room.
