Had a pleasant stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very cooperative. Food was also nice.

other than 1 employee Mr. vivek all were not helpful, nor did anyone ans the call when I had called 1 day for a dental kit at around 10.30. I stayed at the hotel for 14 days and out of that 14 days 3 days the AC dint work 1 day the Elevator dint work and all the 14 days the room had a used bottle and no housekeeping personal even bother to clean the room properly. the breakfast was the same for all 14 days, and some days, you would have to wait for more than 15 min to get a few options out of the breakfast buffet

We had a good stay. Area is good, calm and quiet. Service, amenities and food was also good. Overall had a nice and comfortable stay. We will come here again in our next visit.

Service of the hotel is terrible. I had requested for upgradation with charges, they were denying request and was telling we don't have rooms, but room was available . After an argument they have upgraded me with additional charges. I don't know what was there problem to upgrade me, though i was ready to pay extra. Restaurant service is pathetic, i was waited there for 15 mins, no one came for assist us. I went to room without having dinner. Then i ordered jeera rice from room service, they took 1 hour to deliver my food. I requested for milk powder; i waited for 20 minutes but no one came to deliver it. I one word the service of this hotel is devastating. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no staff who has hospitality etiquettes. I would give this hotel 0 out of 5.

1st, the room which was selected was not in the same building as the other rooms. 2nd, they denied any room was available to upgrade when i told them i can see it they said it will cost more 2000 as soon as i connected with the mmt team they said ok in 1000 we will upgrade 3rd, the wifi was not working the entire duration of the stay. once they upgraded me of the insect found in the 1st room

Very poor cordination between front desk, housekeeping and room service. Arrogant staff at front desk. Certainly very clean room and calm location but staff pulls all that advantage away

Bathroom fittings were worn out, termites were found in the room, few electrical items were not working, we had to purchase a membership card even though we had to drink just soft drinks.
