Positive points - nice cordial staff n warm welcome. Rooms corridors clean and well maintained location not far from airport.. things to improve - old linen and bedsheets. Bad breakfast food gets over n no replacement. If can’t afford pls don’t provide breakfast.

The room was on par with 5 star hotel, and also the hotel was clean and service was good... can definitely improve on breakfast menu and taste but still it's good for the money that we have paid ....

Worst experience ever , irresponsible staff , Asked for 800 rupees extra payment for 30’mins early check in even though the room is empty , didnt even let us put our luggage inside as i had a business event to go to . They just gave me assurity 7-8 times that your luggage will be safely kept in your room after the check in time even if you are not there . I returned at 8 pm got to know my luggage was in lobby till 4 pm and my room was cleaned at 4 pm and then luggage was moved to the room and the room door was kept wide open from then till 8pm i returned . When i asked the reception about keys they gave me so manh excuses that room is being cleaned etc etc that why keys are up in the room why is room being cleaned at 8 pm? They lied , then i reached there and saw that the whole door is wide open with my luggage bag being visible from the corridors How is this okay? You go to some hotel and then they do this? so irresponsible . Worst ever experience

A good property in Yelahanka. Decent sized rooms, neat, clean bathrooms. Good service. Breakfast is also good. Limited variety but what ever they serve, quality and taste is good. I stayed for 6 days. Overall my stay was nice and comfortable. I am only rating 3 instead of 4 due my experience during checkout. I was supposed to checkout by 11. I asked for time till 12 as my son who was staying with me had gone to his college. Due to strike on 22nd in Bangalore, he could not get cabs and got delayed. I checked out at 1 pm. The front desk executive was asking for late charges of 2 hrs. I informed that they had agreed for checkout till 12 pm. However he was rude and adamant. Finally I paid late checkout charges for one hour. This experience spoiled my over all stay.
